MON, 18 AUGUST 2008 ~ DON'T go to the "big box stores" as I had tried.  I needed a new pump for my small pond and found no one that could help me.  Contacted Tracy at Northland Gardens and he had the correct size,
in stock.  They know what they are talking about when it comes to water gardens.  Good job!

THURSDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2008 ~ I am writing this note with pleasure!!!  You guys are awesome I had been working hard to find a business/company/vendor that I could purchase an impeller to an older pond pump.  I was very frustrated in trying to locate this part but was also frustrated at the lack luster customer service I experienced. My husband and I were pioneers in our area back in 1978 - we used our old waterbed liner and a sump pump. It all grew from there and our ponds are now beautiful but with old technology.  I was so comforted to speak with a person that understood my concerns, had the part I needed and offered good old-fashioned service.  I truly appreciate the care and attention and the fast service in processing my order.

WEDNESDAY, 03 JUNE 2009 ~Tracy, I received the parts last week as well as the brochures. I set up the filters that you recommended and I have to say that you were correct. They are perfect for the pumps and work as “advertised”. I actually tried to make something like this a few years ago thinking that if I kept the space fairly large that it would help keep the filter clean. Thanks for recommending them. The pumps have been running for 24 hours and are staying clean- historically I was getting 4-5 hours before they were clogging up!

TUESDAY, 10 AUGUST 2010 ~ I went to Northland Gardens a few weeks ago with the worst algae problem ever in my pond. I brought in a sample of the water and a picture. Tracy was FANTASTIC.  He walked me through all my options and we decided on a UV light. He helped us make the right choice for our size pond and even put the fittings on so all we had to do was hook it up.  Within 2 weeks our pond was crystal clear!!! We are so happy and so are the frogs in the pond!  Thank you so much Tracy for your expertise and patience with us.  You spent so much time with us and made sure we left happy.  Also Thanks to Dave and Lily! We will never go anywhere else for our pond supplies!

MONDAY, 11 APRIL 2011 ~ Hey Dave, My order arrived this morning in perfect condition....Thank You so much for taking the time to see that it was packed well and I appreciate the "care instruction", it is most helpful even though I have been doing this for a long while. Now that I am retiring I will have more time to spend and look forward to ordering supplies as I need from Northland Gardens. I had access to supplies when I lived near Wichita but sadly out in western Kansas I will need to bring most everything here by order.

My ordered items arrived early this afternoon, but of course you know must already have known that from Fedex tracking info. I find it remarkable that they arrived only 21 hours after you shipped them.
Even more remarkable is the fact that you shipped them within 4 hours of my
ordering them. Most remarkable is that after several days of searching on the internet, you
were the only source I could find that had them. To boot, you were most pleasant to deal with and I will keep you in mind should I be in need of any more of your offerings. Perhaps next time I'm in your vicinity, I'll pay a call in person.

Friday, 12 AUGUST 2011 ~ Last week I broke a piece on my pressurized filter and could not find one locally. It was 35 Celsius and I have a 3000 gallon pond with three huge koi and a handful of little fellows. I was very concerned about getting the filtration going again quickly and called your center to speak to a sales rep Dave. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. He agreed to send my parcel express post and said that it would be here in 4-5 days. I placed the order on Friday the fifth of August and it arrived yesterday. I am very pleased with the prompt attention and customer service your company provides!

Friday, 13 APRIL 2012 ~ I just wanted to commend you on the great service and your great sales staff. I ordered the Lifegard all in one filter. My water looked like mud 3 hours ago and now I'm worried for the fish because it's too clear. I don't remember the name of who I talked to but he worked today and sold me on this great filter I think on Wednesday and helped me navigate through the instructions today. I will recommend your site to all my friends!
