Claims: We are not responsible for damage after delivery to FEDEX or other carrier. All damage claims must be reported to the CARRIER  immediately to ensure proper handling of said claim. Claims for shortages or wrong item sent must be reported to Us  within 24 hours of receiving package.

Returns:
Returns are not accepted without prior approval from a Northland Gardens manager. When approved you will be emailed a return authorization number that must be visible on the outside of the returned items package.

A restocking fee of 10 to 30% will be charged  depending on the item returned.
Manufacturer defects, under warranty, should be addressed directly to the manufacturer.
Returns are not allowed or accepted on breakables, replacement parts  open merchandise or books.  Exchanges or returns must be within seven days of sale.
NO REFUNDS, CREDITS ONLY ISSUED FOR USE WITHIN ONE YEAR OF ISSUE DATE. In store credits will be processed only after returns are restocked and checked for damage. All restocking fees will be deducted from original purchase price less any discounts if any. Returned goods found to be damaged or used will not be issued a credit.
